Get Human

Saw this on 25 tonight. I can't stand automated phone services... going through menu after menu... or worse yet, the ones that call and leave you messages about things you don't want to know about.

Gethuman.com offers a database to help you navigate quickly to get to an actual person. If anyone uses the advice they give, let me know.

It's a good thing Jesse can come with stories of his own rather than stealing other reporters ideas. (WHOI's Josh Brogadir did that story a month ago). Way to go Jesse.

Well here's the good news... If you look at the ratings at 5,6, and 10, nobody saw it when it aired on HOI anyway. Jesse is just doing his job getting stories to the masses.

Apparently someone saw Josh's piece when it aired but I don't want to mention any names. One word comes to mind, ETHICS.

Spare me. People who read my blog know I'm a big fan of Josh's work. I don't know Jesse, but I've got to say...

like no one from any station reads the newspapers in the morning...

like tapes from consultants or corporate with sweeps stories stations in other markets did don't float around and are passed off as original when they are redone and air here...

like stations aren't pulling stories from other stations websites...

Just because one station does a story first, does not mean they have exclusive rights to a story.
