Diet Day 5

breakfast - zingers and water

lunch - pork rinds and water

happy hour - 1 1/2 cheese sticks and some nachos

dinner - frisco melt, fries, coke

I'm told in certain diets there is something called a cheat day. This wasn't falling off the wagon so much as it was beating the horse with a bat Sopranos style.
